Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Systems AI Inner Circle's website, free training, paid products, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By registering for our training or purchasing anything from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or have a parent or guardian's consent if younger) to register for our training or purchase our products. By using our Services, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Free Live Training

Registration for the live training is free. We reserve the right to reschedule, cancel, or limit attendance at our discretion. Replay access, if offered, may be time-limited.

3. VIP Upgrade ($47)

The VIP Upgrade is a one-time $47 charge that includes:

• A 30-minute 1-on-1 video call with Jay scheduled within 14 days of the live training.
• Access to Jay's dev partner contact information, revealed at the end of the live training to VIP attendees only.
• Priority answering in the live Q&A.

Refund policy: if you attend the live training, take the 1-on-1 call, and feel you didn't get value, we'll refund the $47 within 7 days of the call. Email us at the address below with the subject "VIP refund."

4. Coaching / Mentorship Programs

Any mentorship, coaching, or strategy call programs we offer are separate from the free training and VIP upgrade. Specific terms, pricing, payment schedules, and refund policies will be presented at the time of enrollment in any such program.

5. No Guarantee of Results

We make our best effort to deliver value through our training, materials, and coaching. However:

• We do not guarantee any specific income, business results, or outcomes.
• Examples of results from Jay or other students are not typical and depend on factors outside our control, including your effort, skills, market conditions, and a hundred other variables.
• You are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided through our Services — including videos, slides, scripts, templates, frameworks, and written materials — is the intellectual property of Systems AI Inner Circle. You may use it for your own personal business use but may not redistribute, resell, or share it with third parties without our written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Resell or redistribute our paid materials.
• Use our Services for any unlawful purpose.
• Harass, abuse, or defame Jay, our staff, or other students.
• Misrepresent yourself or your business when engaging with us.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services if you violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Anything we share is general business education and should not be relied upon as professional advice for your specific situation. Consult a licensed professional before making important business or financial decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Systems AI Inner Circle and Jay personally shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maryland.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
