Any examples of income, revenue, or business results shared on this site — including by Jay himself or by current/former students — are exceptional, not typical, and should not be interpreted as a promise of similar outcomes for you.

2. Most People Earn Nothing

The honest reality of the business education / coaching industry is that most participants in any training, course, or mentorship do not generate significant income from it. Many participants earn $0. This is true of our programs as well.

Your results depend on factors entirely outside our control, including:

• How much time and effort you invest.
• The quality of your execution.
• Your existing skills, network, and capital.
• Market conditions and timing.
• Whether the model fits your specific situation.
• A hundred other variables we cannot predict or control.

3. Specific Examples Referenced On This Site

On our landing page, slides, and marketing materials, we reference specific results — including:

• Jay scaling his agency to $27,000 per month.
• A realtor brokerage client paying $4,000 setup plus $1,500/month recurring.
• An auto-glass shop client paying $3,000 setup plus $1,000/month recurring.

These are specific individuals, not averages. We share them because they happened. We do not represent them as what you, or any other participant, will achieve. Most participants will not achieve these numbers.
